Description:

The support group for Young Adults on the ASD Spectrum is a treatment group for transitional-aged adults (18-28) who identify as neurodivergent and would like to increase their social contact with peers. The group is structured and provides a check-in, a time for sharing, connecting, and discussing events, and a skills-based component. Group members can share challenges, offer support, and practice CBT, DBT, I-CBT, and sometimes, ERP, in a safe, moderated group setting. Group members often request that the group cover specific topics and skills, ranging from managing OCD to executive functioning skills.
