Amanda Zuccaro M.S. LPC
I provide outpatient therapy services for clients on a bi-weekly and weekly basis involving CBT and ERP treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. I am a born-again Christian as well; however, I’ve treated people of various faith backgrounds.
An example of common co-occurring disorders thar I treat is PTSD and OCD. I utilize CBT based techniques such as prolonged exposure (evidenced based for trauma) and exposure response prevention.
I have treated clients with OCD and/or OCD spectrum disorders for the past 6 years. I have received training from Rogers Behavioral Health’s CBT University. I worked for Rogers Behavioral Health in Skokie, IL as well as outpatient practices with a focus of child/adolescent/adult disordered eating and OCD/anxiety diagnoses. I have attended a few conferences with IOCD such as the OCD and Faith conference. I attended the IOCDF’s BTTI training in 2022.
I was an Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Recipient (in the Chicago area) which allowed me to create and implement a project in an underserved area for a year in the state of IL. This project served youth at the Boys and Girls Club of Waukegan, IL.
