Nicole works with adolescents and adults. She has expertise in neurodivergence, chronic illness, obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety disorders, and LGBTQIA+ issues. She also has experience working with depression and trauma.
Nicole uses a variety of evidence-based approaches based on individual needs. Such techniques include CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT, Prolonged Exposure, mindfulness, problem solving, psychoeducation, and self-compassion.
As a part of the neurodivergent, chronic illness, and LGBTQIA+ communities, Nicole recognizes that therapy is not a monolith. She meets every person where they are at and collaborates to create a plan to address each person’s unique needs and work toward their goals.

Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. She earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Lakeland University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She has 9 years experience in the field of mental health providing treatment to children, adolescents, college students, and adults. She has worked at inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care with most of her training occurring through Rogers Behavioral Health.
