Lakeside Center for Behavioral Change is a private practice specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Trichotillomania (Hair-Pulling), Excoriation Disorder (Skin Picking), Generalized Anxiety, Specific Phobias, and Panic Disorder.
We commonly treat co-ocurring disorders, such as generalized anxiety or depression using a variety of cognitive-behavioral interventions.
Kristin earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from the University of North Dakota. She has previous counseling experience in outpatient community mental health and integrated healthcare settings, treating a wide variety of clinical issues. For the past three years, Kristin has devoted her clinical work to treating Obsessive-Compulsive and related disorders in an OCD specialty clinic. She has extensive training and supervision in cognitive-behavioral interventions for anxiety, particularly Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD. She is dully licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in ND and MN.
