I provide individual and family services to adults and adolescents. My practice is generally over 80% OCD and OC related disorders.

I graduated with a doctorate in psychology in 2009- during my schooling, training, and since I have been working in the field focusing on refining my areas of specialization, which include OCD, substance use and recovery, and trauma. Completed the BTTI training in 2018 and currently in training to become a somatic experiencing practitioner. Experiences include community mental health, inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and telemental health services with individuals, groups, and families.
Diversity Statement: For several years I worked in a community mental health clinic where the population was very culturally diverse. In addition, working in both inpatient treatment centers as well as intensive outpatient centers where the populations were also culturally diverse. Since my time in graduate school, I have continued to pursue information and experiences to increase my cultural competency in order to be a better professional.
