At my practice, we tackle anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias including emetophobia and fear of driving, and ADHD. About 90% of my practice is focused on OCD and related challenges, and I’ve helped 100+ amazing humans navigate these tricky brain patterns.
I treat anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, panic, and health anxiety), OCD, ADHD, and support adults with late-diagnosed autism. Treatment is individualized, integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, exposure-based approaches, skills training (e.g., emotion regulation, executive functioning), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) and psychoeducation. Our sessions are all about teamwork—you, me, and your brain’s tricky patterns. We’ll tackle challenges, celebrate wins, and practice new skills in real life. Sessions are usually weekly, totally flexible, and always tailored to you, so we can keep things moving at your pace while having a little fun along the way.
I am constantly taking trainings on OCD and Anxiety Disorders through CBI Center For Education & others, including how to provide ERP and Exposure Therapy for OCD, I-CBT, Social Anxiety, and Phobias. I am a member of the AT Parenting Community and have taken courses for clinicians so I can better help families. I am trained in I-CBT and have created my own curriculum that I have successfully used with clients. I attended the 2025 Pediatric BTTI Training and am currently finishing up the credentialing process.
I continue to take trainings and learn from a diverse community of mental health providers and parenting coaches, both in how to improve my cultural competency, as well as how they approach different aspects related to mental health and parenting, as a member of a diverse population and just as a person with expertise.
