Narrative of Services:

At this time, while I begin my practice in Philadelphia, about 50% of my clients are diagnosed with OCD or related disorders, marked specifically by high need for control as well as “atypical perfectionism.” I work with clients across the lifespan, but especially enjoy meeting with motivated adolescents and adults who struggle with the aforementioned disorders. My style is direct and goal-oriented while simultaneously providing a space to reflect and process thoughts and feelings, and to feel heard.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

OCD, ADHD, Anxiety-related disorders, Depressive-related Disorders, Tourette’s Syndrome

Training Description:

Following my APA-accredited Psy.D. program at the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University, I worked for over three years at the Anxiety & OCD Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania. At this placement, I received and ultimately provided supervision in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, Tourette’s Syndrome, amongst other related disorders.

Diversity Statement:

In my graduate schooling, I engaged in practicum and internship experiences which took me to a variety of settings. In one charter school in Wilmington, Delaware, a majority of the children were from poorer areas and were mostly black and/or LatinX. During an internship at a residential treatment center for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, a majority of my clients were from poorer areas of Philadelphia and Chester county. These experiences allowed me to engage with a group of people that I would otherwise not have encountered in more or less other privileged internships.
