Narrative of Services:

My caseload is almost entirely made up by clients diagnosed with OCD and Anxiety Based disorders and I have worked with a lot of clients with these disorders. I also provide Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions treatment for loved ones to learn how to better support an individual with these disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in helping clients cope with Chronic Illness, Medical Trauma, BFRBS, OCD, and Anxiety based Disorders. I frequently see clients with co-occurring diagnoses within these realms. I also treat Misophonia and offer Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) in both individual and group settings.

Training Description:

I have worked with OCD and Anxiety based Disorders including BFRBs since 2018. I learned ERP while working at an intensive outpatient program for individuals with these disorders. I have since done training for and incorporated ACT, SPACE, I-CBT, EMDR, Mindful Somatic therapy, and other approaches in my work with these disorders. I also have learned and utilize ComB to treat BFRBS. I continually seek to stay on top on the latest treatments and methods for the treatment of these disorders.

I fight for social justice in the community and world. I work to provide a space where every client feels safe and comfortable to process their experiences and emotions. I want each of my clients no matter their background, race, sexual orientation, gender, and religion to feel understood and supported in our work together.

I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and inside and outside of work I seek to help make the world a safer place for everyone. I also have completed many courses on cultural competency and social justice and it is an area I am passionate about. I offer free consultations with clients to offer a chance to see if it feels like a good fit.

Treatment Groups:

I frequently run support groups for clients and SPACE group for loved ones with times being based off of the time the most clients are able to join the group. It is charged at $30 a session and I do bill in-network insurances for the group.
