Clients with OCD make up at least half of my caseload and this has been the case since I started practicing as a therapist. I have successfully treated dozens of clients with OCD and related disorders and have worked with hundreds of different OCD behaviors across all major domains of OCD.

In addition to OCD, I also treat Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Phobias, Relationship Issues, Low Self-esteem, Stress Issues, Men’s Issues and Gay men’s issues, Poor Coping skills and a variety of other conditions and issues. I have training and experience in using a variety of therapies and use a blend of different methods. I most often use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Minnesota. I have over 6 years of experience within the mental health field in a variety of settings and have been treating individuals with OCD for over 3 years. I have training and educational experience in ERP though IOCDF training, my graduate coursework and field experience, and research focused on using telehealth and virtual reality to provide ERP exposures. I was also supervised by a senior ERP therapist and IOCDF member. I have also participated in ERP therapy for my struggles with OCD in the past.

I love working with client’s from every walk of life, but I especially enjoy working with people who identify as gay men. I have years of experience working with this population and gay men make up a large percentage of my clients.
