The Center for OCD & Anxiety-Related Disorders (COARD) offers services for a wide range of OCD- and anxiety-related disorders. Our clinical approach is evidence-based and integrates elements of ERP, CBT, ACT, MI, family intervention, and other psychological strategies, along with pharmacotherapy. We offer individual, group, and family options. Modes of delivery include in-person, telehealth, home-visit, and IOP and PHP levels of care.
I have been treating OCD and related disorders for over 40 years. My initial training in OCD was as a postdoctoral fellow at the Behavior Therapy Unit at Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. I am a member of the IOCDF Scientific Advisory Board and Chair of the Foundation’s Training Committee.
Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute is dedicated to providing an inclusive and welcoming therapeutic environment for all of its patients.
I have attended at least 15 presentations, workshops, or seminars related to the topics diversity and inclusion.
