Narrative of Services:

Currently 90 percent of her caseload is spent providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Anxiety, and related disorders to patients across the lifespan.

Training Description:

Ashley Ordway completed her masters and education specialist degree in counselor education majoring in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Florida in 2016 and completed her registered internship in the Division of Psychology at UF Health in 2018. During her clinical education she received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Exposure Response Prevention (CBT/E/RP) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

Diversity Statement:

I received training and took coursework in graduate school that was focused on diversity and cultural competency and continue to attend workshops and talks focused on cultural competency in the counseling field. I have experience working with patients that identify in the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities. It is crucial that my patients feel safe, heard and supported in the therapeutic relationship.
