My practice serves those that are neurodivergent. Around 25-40% of my clients have OCD, which may be co-occurring with other mental health related diagnoses, such as ADHD, Autism, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression.

I specialize in I-CBT and also include ERP and ACT within treatment of OCD. I have over 10 years of specific CEUs related to OCD.

I take yearly cultural competency trainings and have twenty years of experience working with diverse populations through non profit agencies, hospital and outpatient settings, and within my own private practice.
