My practice provides individual and family therapy as well as parent coaching for individuals impacted by OCD-related behaviors. I use Exposure Response Prevention in addition to Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions when addressing anxiety and/or OCD thoughts and behaviors. Approximately 25% of my practice serves youth and families impacted by anxiety and/or OCD diagnoses.

I have been trained in OCD treatment and Exposure Response Prevention through IOCDF and have been working with youth with OCD and OCD-related behaviors for several years. I am also a registered play therapist-supervisor and a certified Aut-Play provider.
