META Clinic, LLC offers individual outpatient therapy focused on providing evidence-based treatment for a range of presenting concerns. Currently, my private practice caseload is entirely made up of clients pursing treatment for OCD and OC Related disorders. Additionally, I run a graduate student training clinic devoted to the treatment of Anxiety disorder using evidence-based methods, including ERP, at the University of St. Thomas.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive training and experience providing exposure and other behavior therapies for trauma and anxiety-related disorders, including OCD. I have completed a 5-day BTTI training and follow-up consultation through IOCDF and currently focus on treating OCD and related disorders through my private practice (META Clinic, LLC). I additionally have experience training and supervising graduate student therapists in the use of exposure and response prevention (ERP) and previously served as the clinical supervisor for intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization OCD and Anxiety Recovery programs at Rogers Behavioral Health.
I have prior experience and an ongoing commitment to learning and implementing best practices for effectively working with diverse populations. This was a focus of my graduate training, as well as the graduate training I provide to masters and doctoral-level trainees at the University of St. Thomas. I utilize a culturally sensitive evidence-based approach in my work, combining the best science while tailoring therapy to each individual. My goal is to deliver high-quality treatments in a supportive and collaborative manner to help clients experience freedom and movement toward living a life that is fulfilling and joyful.
