Narrative of Services:

Offering individual, family and parent training therapy for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive related disorders. 95% of my caseload has a diagnosis of an OC related disorder, including: anxiety, phobias, OCD, body focused repetitive behaviors, PANS/PANDAS, tics and Tourette Syndrome.

Training Description:

I have degrees in Psychology, Special Education and Behavior Analysis. I only utilize evidence based treatment techniques.

I received training from the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety in Pennsylvania for Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), completed SPACE training (parent training program for parents of children with anxiety/OCD), from Yale Child Study Center and completed a Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) from the IOCDF.

Additionally, I attend multiple trainings each year focused on treatment techniques, including ERP, ACT, I-CBT, behavioral activation, habit reversal, ComB, and CBiT.
