Narrative of Services:

The interdisciplinary Clinic for OCD, Anxiety and Related Disorders that I direct at UF, in conjunction with Dr. Joseph McNamara, provides assessment and treatment for adults, adolescents, and children with OCD, Tourette Syndrome, and related disorders. The program consists of evaluations, including neuropsychological assessment as appropriate, consultations, medication management, family therapy, deep TMS, and ERP, with an intensive ERP program in addition to weekly appointments. Deep brain stimulation is also an option for patients with severe, treatment resistant OCD who meet criteria for this form of treatment. The clinic also has a research focus, and research on the genetics, environmental contributors, epidemiology, and phenomenology of these disorders is ongoing. Clinical trials
