I work predominately with children, teens and young adults in family or individual or therapy. Rooted in a Cognitive Behavioral framework, I integrate ERP, and ComB within a perspective that values relationship, collaborative parenting and the development of emotional regulation skills. Presently around 50% of my clients have OCD or OCD related concerns.
In working with children, teens young adults and families over the last 18+ years, I have a great deal of experience with a range of social-emotional problems. My areas of specialty of Co-occurring disorders include ADHD, 2E, challenging behaviors, anxiety including social phobias, GAD, panic disorders, and emetophobia, and depression.

Presently around 50% of my clients have struggles related to OCD or OCD related concerns.
In working with youth and their families over the last 20 years, I have had the opportunity to develop substantial skills to effectively support a wide range of social-emotional problems. My areas of speciality include co-occurring disorders such as ADHD, twice exceptionality, challenging behaviors, anxiety including social phobias, sleep issues and school refusal, GAD, tic disorders, Tourettes, and BFRBs. My preferred approach is highly collaborative with parents such that they can facilitate and support the lasting changes that they and their children are seeking.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 2 decades of experience supporting youth and their families. My initial areas of focus centered around anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns and twice exceptionality. The frequency with which clients had co-morbid OCD, BFRBs and Tics alongside my mission to provide high quality, effective evidence based treatment has led to me continue to hone my skills by acquiring additional and specialized treatments. I have completed the IOCD BBTI pediatrics training and teen training, TLC’s BFRB training, Yale Child Center’s SPACE training, Tourette’s Foundation CBIT training and have become a Non-Violent Resistant Parenting Provider.
I have considerable experience working with teens and young adults who are LGBTQA+, trans gender and gender fluid.
