Jen Lescher, LCSW, LICSW
I provide online anxiety and OCD therapy to individuals in Massachusetts and California. I can help diagnose OCD and anxiety disorders for those who haven’t yet received a diagnosis. My approach blends practical tools that are rooted in what’s been shown to be effective for people navigating OCD and anxiety, but I also trust the importance of intuition, connection, and seeing my clients as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. 100% of my practice is dedicated to treating individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders.
I use evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety disorders—approaches that are proven to reduce symptoms and help people feel more grounded and connected in their lives. Along with OCD I treat social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, and dating and relationship anxiety.
I’ve completed an intensive certification program in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the Cognitive Behavioral Institute. This certification goes beyond basic training—reflecting the depth of experience I bring to supporting people with OCD. I’m also trained in Inference-Based CBT (ICBT), a non-exposure approach to treating OCD. I’m also trained in the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach originally designed for couples, but I apply its insights when working with individuals experiencing relational stress. I love helping clients with OCD navigate relationship challenges—whether it’s relationship OCD, relationship anxiety, or simply wanting to feel more secure in their relationships.
I’m an anti-racist, LGBTQIA-affirming therapist committed to creating a compassionate and welcoming space for all.
