Narrative of Services:

Hello! My name is Jayme and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Saint Paul, MN. 100% of my practice is providing evidence-based therapy (I-CBT, ERP, CBT, DBT, self-compassion, and mindfulness) to individuals with OCD, chronic anxiety, panic, specific phobias, hoarding disorder, social anxiety, BDD, shame, BFRBs, and related anxiety disorders. I know the deep healing that can happen through therapy, which has changed my life, and it is an honor and privilege to work as a therapist and help others find their strength, renew their hope, and live in alignment with their highest selves.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat co-occuring mood and personality disorders, including depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.

Training Description:

I have been treating individuals with OCD since 2017 and have attended multiple IOCDF Annual OCD Conferences, along with many other Continuing Education trainings from professionals in the field. Additionally, I worked under the supervision of Licensed Psychologists who also specialized in treating OCD using ERP and I have attended and continue to attend multiple consultation groups with other professionals in the field.

Diversity Statement:

I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space with regard to all races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, religions, ages, and all people. I am aware of my privilege as a white, cis-gender, heterosexual female and actively work to be aware of and challenge the biases I grew up with living in America. I welcome an open dialogue in regard to any and all issues so we can create a genuine connection and safe space for your healing.

I took multicultural counseling in my graduate studies and have attended multiple continuing education trainings to increase my multicultural humility and better my work with diverse populations including: Culturally Responsive Counseling with African American Clients, OCD in the Black Community, and Counseling Considerations with the LGBTQIA+ Community. I’ve also attended multiple sessions at Annual OCD Conferences on diversity.
