Narrative of Services:

I offer in-person and telehealth services for children, teens, and adults. About a quarter of my clients have OCD and/or an OC Related disorder. I have treated over 40 clients with OCD.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

My practice is a great fit for clients who struggle with OCD and depression, trauma, ADHD, social anxiety, specific phobias, panic disorder, or another anxiety disorder. Using ACT as an overarching framework, I am able to collaboratively address symptoms of co-occuring disorders.

Training Description:

I have been treating clients with OCD since 2019. I have received professional trainings on treating OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, perfectionism, and anxiety disorders through the Beck Institute, Praxis CET, and the TLC foundation for BFRBs.

Diversity Statement:

I strive to honor the strengths, practices, and lived experiences of each of my clients, their communities, and their cultural backgrounds. With your permission, we may explore the impact of societal factors on mental health or the impacts of racism or sexism on your journey. Having worked in diverse schools and community-based clinics in the Vallejo, Richmond, and Oakland California, I feel comfortable building connections with clients from a variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds. Finally, I am always open to feedback on ways to improve the cultural humility of my practice.

Here are come of the trainings related to cultural competency that I have taken in recent years
