Hannah Karamanoogian LCMHC, ATR-BC
Board Certified Art Therapist
I work with individuals ages 8 through adulthood, and when treating children and adolescents, I actively involve parents and families in the process. Since opening my private practice in 2021, I have focused exclusively on anxiety and OCD-related disorders. I’ve supported hundreds of clients in overcoming these challenges and reclaiming a sense of control and confidence in their lives.
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a board-certified art therapist. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University in 2011 and have worked in the field since. My private practice, opened in 2021, is solely focused on the treatment of anxiety and OCD-related disorders. I’ve attended numerous OCD-focused conferences, including those hosted by the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), and I’m trained in the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) program for supporting parents of anxious children.
I offer in-person counseling in southern New Hampshire and provide telehealth services to residents of NH, MA, VT, and FL. My approach blends evidence-based treatments—including CBT, ERP, and ACT—with art therapy when appropriate to support clients in effectively managing anxiety and OCD.
As part of my ongoing professional development, I’m committed to expanding my knowledge in cultural competency and working with diverse populations. My goal is to create an inclusive, affirming, and safe space where all clients feel seen, respected, and supported in their healing journey.
