I have lived experience with OCD. Completed the BTTI Training through the IOCDF (Behavior Therapy Training Institute). Completed advanced training in ERP – University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) Centre for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (online). Completed CBT for OCD training – Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Psychiatry Academy. Partake in twice-monthly case consultations with Peers and Mentor.

Completed San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety training and workshops for working with members of BC First Nations communities.
