At GroundWork in Orlando I work exclusively with children and adolescents and specialize in the treatment of OCD, severe anxiety disorders, and specific phobias (primarily emetophobia) utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). 98% of my clients are struggling with OCD or an O-C related disorder.

I am a Diplomate & Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I received my advanced CBT/REBT training after completing specialized training at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City in 2013. I have completed specific training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) from the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in Houston in 2016. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a National Board Certified Counselor. I have earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Rollins College, and Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University.
