Narrative of Services:

I offer individual psychotherapy for OC spectrum disorders and phobias. Over 70% of my patients have OCD or an anxiety disorder. I currently only accept individuals who have symptoms consistent with these disorders.

Training Description:

As a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. A graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and the University of Tennessee in Memphis, she has honed her skills through advanced training at the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation’s (IOCDF) Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). Furthermore, she holds certification as a yoga instructor from the Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas, and has pursued extensive continuing education in mindfulness within therapeutic settings. Lisa has also completed advanced coursework in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Diversity Statement:

After dedicating two decades to counseling in Tulsa, Lisa and her husband have recently embarked on a new chapter in Northwest Arkansas. Lisa now operates from her office in Rogers, where she provides both in-person sessions and virtual consultations for individuals in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas.

Lisa’s counseling philosophy revolves around a holistic approach that seamlessly integrates health, wellness, and spiritual well-being. She places a strong emphasis on evidence-based treatments, with her preferred modalities being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I attend yearly diversity training.
