Narrative of Services:

I provide CBT/ERP for OCD and related conditions to adults in an anxiety and OCD outpatient specialty clinic where all clients have a primary diagnosis of OCD or anxiety. I serve as owner/director.

Training Description:

I have been providing ERP for OCD and other forms of CBT for related disorders for 14 years. I received specialty training in exposure-based CBT for OCD and anxiety disorders through a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Mayo Clinic and have specialized in this area throughout my professional career. I have experience treating OCD in inpatient, intensive outpatient, and traditional outpatient settings. In addition, I was a co-founder of the Anxiety Disorders Clinic of Hampton Roads, which provided 2-day intensive exposure therapy for OCD, panic disorder, and phobias.
