Narrative of Services:

I work with, and have experience implementing ACT-Based ERP through telehealth, for clients experiencing mental and behavioral compulsions. I have experience and training working with body image, exercising and disordered eating, and interpersonal/relational trauma, childhood trauma, and complex trauma.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

PTSD through EMDR, IFS, & Narrative therapy.

Training Description:

ACT-Based ERP for OCD training, workshop, and supervision
Body Dysmorphia and BFRB training and workshop.
3 years of experience implementing ERP for and working with OCD in adult population with individuals.

Diversity Statement:

Training, experience, and competency in providing specialized services to individuals within university setting and culture, to individuals within the mental health field, to individuals socialized as women, trans, queer, neurodivergent, first generation college students, ACES and adults exposed to DV as children, and parentification in childhood.

Training and experience working with and implementing, neurodivergent affirming care, queer affirming and informed care, trauma responsive and informed care, trans affirming care, ally and advocacy care, and letter writing for gender affirming care. Experience in cultural competencies through processing complex grief. Experience working with youth, adolescents and teens experiencing adverse childhood experiences, housing and food insecurity, emotional and physical abuse, and barriers to education access with parental care of individuals whose incomes are below the federal poverty threshold.
