Aryeh J. Graber PhD
My practice is primarily focused on assisting individuals with OCD and other anxiety disorders, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy including exposure and response prevention for adolescents and adults. While my practice orientation is heavily influenced by CBT, I regularly incorporate other modalities such as mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and interpersonal therapy into my work. Above all, I aim to establish a positive therapeutic alliance which I believe to be the foundation for making meaningful changes. I provide evening and weekend availability.
I earned my PhD from Fairleigh Dickinson University and completed my internship and post-doctoral fellowship at VA Medical Centers. I have been treating patients with OCD and related disorders since 2011 and I have participated in multiple ERP trainings. I also receive regular consultation from a senior therapist who is extensively trained in ERP. In addition to my private practice, I have also been working as a clinical psychologist at the Cleveland VA since 2016 where I treat military Veterans presenting with post-traumatic stress and other anxiety disorders.
