Narrative of Services:

I provide teletherapy sessions to adolescents and adults using evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). Approximately 80% of my practice involves clients with OCD or another anxiety-based condition.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In addition to OCD, I regularly work with clients struggling with agoraphobia, depression, eating disorders, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and specific phobias.

Training Description:

I earned my doctorates degree in clinical psychology from California Southern University. I have received extensive training from the International OCD Foundation and have vast experience working with people with OCD in its various manifestations. My goal is to provide compassionate, effective care that not only leads to symptom reduction but empowers my clients to live a values-based life and reach their personal goals.

In addition to my clinical work, I have published research to raise awareness regarding the various manifestations of OCD.

My practice primarily serves those with OCD and other anxiety-based conditions.

Diversity Statement:

Practicing in the multicultural community of Guam has given me with extensive experience working in underserved areas with culturally diverse populations. I am committed to providing culturally competent care that honors my client’s lived experiences and cultures.
