Tanner Edwards LCSW
In addition to ERP, I provide a specialty therapy called RO-DBT for people with a high degree of self-control (perfectionists, introverts, and people that struggle with change). It turns out possessing too much self-control impairs our ability to relax, adapt to change, and connect to others. You can think of RO-DBT like openness training. With work, my clients learn how to let their guard down and spontaneously enjoy the moment when the situation calls for it. More than half of my clients have OCD.

I’ve received training from Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard’s Sabine Wilhelm, PhD, and I’ve completed IOCDF’s BTTI training program. I’ve been using ERP for the past three years, and treating perfectionism more broadly for the past six years.
I’m enthusiastic about supporting clients in the queer community, and I bring experience with working with veterans through the VA.
