Narrative of Services:

Stress and Anxiety Services of New Jersey, PA (SAS), is an independent practice with a clinical staff comprised of licensed therapists, and post-doc fellows. All clinicians specialize in the cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety disorders, and the practice treats these populations almost exclusively. We also now provide telehealth services.
Our licensed professionals are all alumni of the BTTI program for OCD treatment, and all are PTI graduates of the TLC Foundation for body-focused repetitive behaviors. All are graduates of the Telebehavioral Institute, the premier organization in the country for training and certifying expertise in providing clinical services over the Internet.

Training Description:

Dr. Stacey Dobrinsky has over fifteen years of experience treating children and adolescents with OCD and anxiety disorders. She was a founding faculty member of the McLean OCD Institute for Children and Adolescent program (OCD Jr.) and ultimately served as the Director of Clinical Services Dr. Dobrinsky also served as Clinical Director and Director of Training at the Anxiety Institute in Madison, NJ, and is currently the Program Director of Stress and Anxiety Services’ forthcoming IOP program.

Dr. Stacey Dobrinsky specializes in severe, treatment refractory anxiety and OCD while utilizing a combination of exposure response prevention (ERP) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) in her treatment. She has been trained through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and has completed the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) training. She is also certified in cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
