James T Chok PhD
I was previously Senior Director of a residential facility for children and young adults with ASD, and have conducted research related to ASD/OCD which has yielded publications in peer-reviewed journals. I currently have a private practice and specialize in the outpatient treatment of OCD, Panic Disorder, Tic Disorders, and related conditions, as well as conducting diagnostic neuropsychological evaluations. I also provide tutoring services to work with individuals whose school work is negatively impacted by OCD and related conditions.
I have been treating patients with OCD and related disorders for over 10 years. During my time at McLean Hospital I took a course taught by Jeff Szymanski, current Executive Director of the IOCDF, and coordinated care with clients at McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute. I was also fortunate to give a pair of presentations at the OCDI related to the neuropsychology of OCD and co-morbid psychological disorders. From 2013-2015 I served as the Vice President for the NH chapter of the IOCDF.
