Mary Ann uses evidence-based practice for anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, BDD and BFRB in her private practice. She works with adolescents, adults and parents or partners with family members with these disorders.

Mary Ann received Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) training from The Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from The Beck’s Institute, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) from Steven C Hays, PhD, (SPACE) Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions by Eli R Lebowitz, PhD, Habit Reversal Training (ComB) from the TLC Foundation and Body Dysmorphic Disorder trained in through Massachusetts General Hospital.
