Narrative of Services:
I offer services in person in Bedford, NH, and across the country via telehealth. I primarily see adults with OCD and anxiety symptoms. I have treated hundreds of clients with OCD and related disorders in residential and outpatient settings. Currently approximately 50% of my clients have OCD or OC-related disorders like body-focused repetitive behaviors.
Training Description:
While obtaining my master’s degree, I had a year-long internship at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital, which is where I first fell in love with treating OCD. I went on to earn a Ph.D. at Case Western Reserve University. I received specialized postdoctoral training in anxiety and related disorders at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. I regularly offer introductory and advanced ERP trainings to other clinicians in New Hampshire and Vermont. I am the vice president of the New Hampshire affiliate of IOCDF.
Diversity Statement:
I value working with clients of varying cultural identities and backgrounds. My Ph.D. and academic research focused on the experiences of members of minority religious/nonreligious identities. I regularly incorporate multicultural competency into courses and trainings I offer and regularly attend trainings to improve my cultural humility and cultural competency.
