Melissa Boyce LCSW-R
My belief is that a trusting relationship is essential to success in therapy. Treatment can be intimidating, and taking that first step can be scary. However, therapy works! Cognitive behavioral therapy can be tailored to the unique challenges anxiety disorders present. I will work with my clients as a team to achieve their goals. I want nothing more than to help folks re-enter life not just coping, but thriving.
I obtained my master’s degree in Social Work in 2005 and have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2011. I have worked in outpatient programs, providing both individual and group based interventions, as well as in the psychiatric emergency room and inpatient hospitalization settings. Over the years I have met people with a whole range of diagnosis, but I have found my passion working with those with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other anxiety disorders. I am a professional member of the International OCD Foundation and the National Association of Social Workers.
