Narrative of Services:

Nearly all of my clients suffer from obsessive-compulsive or anxiety disorders. I offer cognitive-behavioral therapy (including acceptance and commitment therapy) with exposure and response prevention for the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and related disorders (contamination, violent/sexual obsessions, scrupulosity, existential OCD, essence OCD, SO-OCD, POCD, panic, social anxiety, phobias, GAD, etc.). I believe in meeting people where they are at and tailor my approach accordingly. I also integrate mindfulness and compassion into our work.

Training Description:

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. I received my clinical training and experience at The OCD Center of Los Angeles. I have had OCD since early childhood and spent many years educating myself on the disorder and receiving treatment. I am a proponent of the inhibitory learning model and am also a professional member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.

Diversity Statement:

I value diversity and multiculturalism and do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, socioeconomic status, or political beliefs. My capstone project in graduate school was written on cultural sensitivity/awareness.
