Natasha H. Bailen PhD
I specialize in the evidence-based treatment of OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. In therapy, we will use skills-based techniques including exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), habit reversal training (HRT), and mindfulness techniques to target your symptoms and help you reach your goals. If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation.
In addition to OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors, I also use empirically supported interventions to treat anxiety disorders (e.g., agoraphobia, panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and specific phobias).
Outside of my private practice, I am a staff psychologist in the Center for OCD and Related Disorders (CORD) at Massachusetts General Hospital and faculty at Harvard Medical School. I received my PhD from Washington University in St. Louis, and completed my clinical internship at University of Chicago Medicine. I completed my postdoctoral training at Boston University’s Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD).
