Erikalin Ashton PsyD
Director of Clinical Services
I provide teletherapy services to adults in Texas and Florida, with approximately 80% of my practice focused on treating individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The remaining 20% of my clients typically seek treatment for conditions such as panic disorder or emetophobia. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of OCD patients across a broad spectrum of OCD subtypes, including harm obsessions, relationship OCD, and more. As a result, I’ve encountered and addressed a wide variety of concerns within this field. There’s not much I haven’t heard at this point in my career.
With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, I’ve treated a wide range of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, from mild to severe. I completed my post-doctoral training at the St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute in 2001, where I remained on staff for 11 years. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which have typically helped clients return to their previous level of functioning within 10-12 sessions. Currently, I provide teletherapy services to adults in both Texas and Florida.
