I have been treating OCD and OCD-related disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention and CBT since 2018. I have attended numerous trainings and have experience treating children, adolescents, and families with OCD and related disorders. I am a Registered Play Therapist and routinely use play therapy and the playroom as an opportunity to help children to learn to cope with uncertainty and with OCD.

I use ACT & Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD in children, adolescents, and adults. I use CBIT to treat Tourette’s and Tics. I also use Play Therapy when appropriate for children and families. My current caseload is 75% OCD or OC Related disorders.
