Narrative of Services:

My practice focuses on treating clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and OCD. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), inference based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Approximately 40% of my clients have OCD.

Training Description:

I have been in the mental health field for 27 years. I have been treating clients with OCD throughout my career. In the last 6 years I have been specializing in the treatment of OCD and have gained knowledge via valuable trainings in ERP, ACT, and I-CBT via the Knowledge Tree, Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and Institute for Brain Potential. I have found that both I-CBT, ACT, and ERP are valuable treatment modalities for OCD. I am also involved in a monthly ERP consultation group.
