OCD Institute of Texas is a premier specialty residential and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) program for adults (18+) with OCD, anxiety disorders, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), serving patients and families from across the United States and around the world. Our multidisciplinary team of expert clinicians and support staff is dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety-related disorders.

At OCDI Texas, we believe treatment should focus on more than simply functioning better, our mission is to help individuals reclaim freedom from OCD and anxiety disorders, fully returning to the life they want to be living. Each patient receives a highly personalized treatment plan designed to target core fears, reduce avoidance and compulsions, and build long-term recovery and resilience in a compassionate, supportive environment.

In addition to our residential and PHP programs, OCDI Texas offers specialized outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety disorders, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), and BDD.
