OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota (OCDMN) is a specialized mental health clinic dedicated to providing expert, evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and related conditions. Our highly trained therapists use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Radically Open DBT (RO DBT) to help individuals regain control of their lives.
We offer individual therapy, group support, and comprehensive assessments for OCD, ADHD, and Autism, with a neurodivergent- and BIPOC-affirming approach. OCDMN provides outpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults, with both in-person and virtual options for accessibility.
