Narrative of Services:

Approximately 1/3 – 1/2 of my practice has OCD-spectrum or related disorders. I also provide consultation to other providers in the Rochester region on OCD-spectrum cases, particularly on E/RP treatments and case conceptualization. I specialize in providing integrative treatments for OCD that work on reducing symptoms and improving quality of life / confidence in self and coping.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Comorbid anxiety (social, generalized, panic) or mood disorder (e.g., depression, bipolar); Personality disorders; Trauma and PTSD. I take a whole-person and integrative approach that considers symptoms in their context, client goals and strengths, and balancing building immediate coping skills with gaining of insight and self-compassion.

Training Description:

Treating OCD patients for < 10 years. Completed three years of training positions at the Anxiety & Agoraphobia Treatment Center, the OCD Treatment Center of Philadelphia & the Children’s Center for OCD & Anxiety. Attended workshops hosted by the Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) at UPenn.
