Narrative of Services:

At Pacific Northwest Behavior Therapy I provide state-of-the-art evidence-based telemental health treatments for adults (in Washington, Idaho, & Iowa) suffering from OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions (e.g., BFRBs, BDD, illness anxiety, insomnia and other sleep disorders, tics). The treatments I offer include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Habit-Reversal Training (HRT) & Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT). I’m flexible about the duration (45-120 min) and frequency of appointments and I conduct “exposure field trips” outside of the office (e.g., in the home or community, driving) as necessary.

Training Description:

I completed my undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arkansas and completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Houston OCD Program, and worked at multiple specialty anxiety centers (e.g., Seattle, WA) for 10 years before opening up Pacific Northwest Behavior Therapy in 2025. Throughout my career, I focused on providing treatment for OCD and related conditions in a variety of settings including specialty anxiety clinics, a residential treatment center, and a VA medical center.
