Anxiety, depression, and trauma
I’m a senior masters-level clinician at The Reeds Center. I have extensive training and experience delivering cognitive-behavioral treatment, including exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal therapy, trauma-informed treatment such as STAIR-NST, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help adults and older adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and OCD-related disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and impulse control disorders, including trichotillomania (hair pulling), excoriation (skin picking), and onychophagia (nail-biting). I earned an M.S. in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice focusing on Health, Mental Health, and Disabilities from Columbia University and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
As a mental health clinician, my work aims to provide adults and older adolescents with comprehensive clinical care that considers the multifaceted aspects of an individual’s life, including cultural, racial, and social identities. I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you process your experiences and cultivate the next steps in your life.
