Narrative of Services:

My practice offers therapy and testing services for children, teens, and young adults. Approximately 90% of my clinical work is focused on the treatment of anxiety-based disorders and OCD. I provide ERP integrated with ACT for OCD treatment. I also offer CBIT for Tourette Syndrome and other tic disorders and HRT/ComB intervention for trichotillomania, excoriation, and other body focused repetitive behaviors. I am trained in and offer Supportive Parenting Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). Additionally, I provide cognitive behavioral intervention for other areas of clinical concern.

Training Description:

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My doctoral internship was completed with Kaiser Permanente in San Diego with subsequent post doctoral specialization in working with children and adolescents.

Over the past 13 years, I have specialized in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, tic disorders, BFRBs, and related conditions. Additional trainings include intensive training in ERP with University of Pennsylvania faculty and several advanced ERP trainings with members of the IOCDF Advisory Board. I hold certification in Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and am trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions.

Diversity Statement:

Multicultural sensitivity is an issue of critical importance in my professional and personal life. I seek to provide effective, equitable, understandable, and respectful care to the people with whom I work. I strive to understand a person’s experience both as an individual and as a member of the larger sociocultural spheres of their lives with humility and humbleness.

I have sought out and completed advanced training in the treatment to LGBTQIA+ youth. Additionally, I have attended extensive trainings in the assessment and treatment of neurodiverse individuals.
