I treat clients from 8 years old on up and roughly 90% of my practice is with OCD related issues. My treatments include ERP, ACT and CBT, depending on the individual situation. I also treat OCD clients who have other disorders, such as ADHD, anxiety and depression.

I have been treating OCD clients for over 9 years. Currently, I am President of the monthly St. Louis OCD Support Group, and also run a bi-month OCD Teen Support group. I have attended OCD Conferences in San Diego, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Washington, & Austin, receiving training in ERP and ACT. I attended a Pediatric Behavioral Therapy Training Institute in February, 2020. As a mother of a son with OCD, I have experience working with St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute and their IOP program
