I offer individual therapy and am in-network with most BCBS plans (Anthem, Carefirst, etc) as well as Cigna. Roughly 30-40% of my caseload has been diagnosed with OCD or an OC Related Disorder. I also have training and experience treating Anxiety Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Trauma.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in various settings. I began working with individuals diagnosed with OCD in 2012. I have received continuing education training in Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the diagnosis and specific treatment concerns for OCD and OC Related Disorders.
