Lindsey has over a decade of experience, offering evidence-based treatments like ERP, I-CBT, ACT, and MBBT, along with intensive treatment programs and group therapy. Ricky has extensive training in CBT, DBT, ERP, and EMDR, focusing on adolescents and adults while incorporating family therapy to support lasting change. Both are dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care, leveraging their expertise in OCD spectrum disorders to help clients achieve lasting growth and healing.
